Mitsubishi recently introduced its Mitsubishi Connect services for the new 2018 MitsubishiEclipse Cross, giving you a new tool for staying safe and connected while driving. Each of its services will help you drive with more confidence when you’re out on the road. Here’s a look at some of the services Mitsubishi Connect has to offer.
In our digital world, it’s important to stay connected in a safe way when you’re on the go. Mitsubishi Connect works with you to ensure you’re entertained, informed, and in touch no matter where you’re heading.
It offers hands-free calling and music streaming via Bluetooth®, while also giving you standard Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™ smartphone compatibility. This means you can mirror your smartphone’s interface on your Mitsubishi touchscreen, giving you access to some of your favorite apps. You can even read, reply, and send text messages without ever taking your hands off the wheel or your eyes off the road.
You can also gain access to Information Assistance through a single button, helping you get non-emergency roadside help and manage your account services.
When you’re out on the road, you want to make sure your vehicle can help you if anything bad were to happen. That’s where Mitsubishi Connect comes in. This system’s Safeguard Services provide you with an SOS button that will activate a call to a call center to get help during an emergency. Even if you’re not exactly sure where you are, the call center can locate your vehicle and ask the roadside service provider for help.
Other safety features you will receive include Automatic Collision Notification, which sends an emergency call to the call center if a collision were to occur; Alarm Notification, which will notify you if your Mitsubishi’s security alarm is activated; and Stolen Vehicle Assistance, which will help you locate your stolen vehicle.
